Ontario School Board Report Card 2026

The 2026 report card for each of Ontario’s 72 district school boards: Director of Education pay, EQAO Grade 3 and Grade 6 results by sex, enrolment, and the results of the 2026 policy audits. Every figure is drawn from a public record named on the card. The next review of the boards’ websites is scheduled for January 2027.

Choose a board from the list, or type part of its name. Each chart has a “Show data table” button for the underlying figures. You can also open the Report Card full screen in a new tab. The most recent report card is always at Board Report Card.

About these results

The policy audit results on this page record what School Board Research found on the board’s public website on the date of the review shown on each audit’s report card, read against a written method, available on request (the codebook cited on that report card) and checked against the board’s own documents as captured that day. A result of Not met means that a document, notice or statement the statute, regulation or policy memorandum tested requires was not found on the website, could not be read by the review’s checks, or was out of date on the date of the review, as the requirement defines it. It is not a finding that the board has contravened the law, and it is not legal advice.

A board that considers a result wrong can respond through the board response form. It must show that the document or language that answers the requirement was published on its website on the date of the review, in a form that meets the requirement, and give the route from the board’s home page by which a parent would have reached it. A result shown to be wrong on that evidence is corrected, and the correction is noted. A document posted or changed after the date of the review does not change the 2026 result; it will be read in the January 2027 review. Members of the public can tell us what they find through the public report form.
